  • Download permitted materials for offline learning (where explicitly allowed)

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for Services in the past three months preceding the claim.

  • Your payment fails repeatedly

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the content expires, and no further access will be granted.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve informally. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to class action.
