When you register for a course, it should immediately appear under “My Account” in your learner dashboard. If it does not:
– First, refresh your browser and clear your cache.
– Confirm that you are logged into the correct account.
– Check your membership tier — some courses require an upgraded plan.
If you still don’t see the course, please contact us using the form and include your username, course title, and payment confirmation (if applicable) so we can assist you quickly.
Courses are typically structured with progression rules to ensure mastery before moving forward. Common reasons include:
– A required quiz or assignment has not been completed.
– A passing grade (typically 80% or higher) has not been achieved.
– A video lesson requires full playback before unlocking the next step.
If you believe you’ve met all requirements but are still blocked, contact us and our support team can review your course activity log to resolve the issue.
Certificates are automatically generated in Hypermind Academy after completing all required lessons, quizzes, and assignments for a CORE MEMBERSHIP related course. To access yours:
– Go to My Account → Completed Courses.
– Select the course, then look for the “Download Certificate” button.
If you are a CORE MEMBER or higher and completed a membership related course and do not see a certificate, please reach out to us with your full name, course name, and completion date so we can issue it manually.
If you are an EXPLORER MEMBER you will not see any certificates for courses you take. Only CORE MEMBERSHIP courses or higher tier memberships generate certificates.
Click the “Lost Password” link on the login page, and an email will be sent with reset instructions. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes:
– Check your spam/junk folder.
– Make sure you’re using the same email address associated with your account.
If you still cannot log in, send us a message through the form below with your name and email address so we can reset it manually.
Yes. All Hypermind Academy courses are designed to be mobile-friendly and can be accessed via most modern browsers on tablets and smartphones. However, for the best experience, especially when completing quizzes or downloading certificates, we recommend using a laptop or desktop. If you encounter issues such as buttons not responding or videos not loading, try switching to a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) or updating your device’s software.
They should matter to employers.
Our certificates are backed by O*NET-aligned skills frameworks and can be tied directly to job families and competencies recognized across industries. Employers who are aware of our approach appreciate that our learners don’t just complete videos — they demonstrate skills through applied projects, assessments, and performance checks. Certificates can be added to resumes, portfolios, and LinkedIn to highlight verified capabilities.
Course points are earned as you complete lessons, quizzes, and assignments in Hypermind Academy courses. Each activity is worth a set number of points. For example:
– Completing a lesson may give you a few points.
– Passing a quiz or completing a project may give you more.
– Finishing an entire course awards a larger block of points.
In more advanced courses, points are weighted — meaning that bigger challenges like capstone projects or case studies give you significantly more. You can see your points accumulate in your learner dashboard. In some cases, a minimum number of points, in addition to prerequisites, may be required to unlock the next course, ensuring you’re prepared for more complex material.
Course points are not just for tracking progress — they form part of our larger system for connecting learning to real-world opportunities. Here’s how:
– Internships and Apprenticeships: Points help identify learners who have demonstrated sustained effort and mastery. Students with higher points in certain career tracks will be prioritized when internship or apprenticeship opportunities become available.
– Axigen Dynamics HypermindLab Projects: Our research and development hub uses points as a readiness filter for capstone projects and collaborative assignments. For example, a minimum number of points in data science or engineering may be required before a learner can join a live project team.
– Skills Transcript: Over time, your accumulated points will contribute to a skills transcript — a record that employers and partners can use to gauge your consistency, skill depth, and applied learning.
In this way, course points are more than gamification. They are a currency of progression in Hypermind Academy — bridging coursework with professional pathways and real-world projects.
While our primary focus is skills training, we integrate career support features such as:
– Cognitive fit surveys to guide learners to suitable career paths.
– Capstone assignments designed to double as portfolio pieces for job applications.
– Certificates and skill documentation that can be shared with employers.
Future plans for Hypermind Academy intend to include direct employer partnerships and internship pipelines through Axigen Dynamics business units. Eligibility for these future plans and offerings will be derived from the Hypermind Academy course point system. We believe self-improvement by taking courses should have a collective benefit for you. When you take courses you are awarded points for successful completion. Points will be used to determine eligibility for more complex courses in your membership level while making you eligible for future programs.
By building course points now, you are not only enhancing your skills for use on your resume, you are also positioning yourself to meet future program eligibility.
*NOTE: While this illuminates our future plans, there is no guarantee that Hypermind Academy will provide more than affordable skills training.
